THE ROLE

The Portfolio Strategy team is part of the larger OCP Investment team and is responsible for the long term performance of the OCP portfolio. The team monitors and analyses data and key performance metrics, deploys strategic initiatives, provides business recommendations to the management team, and reports to our investors. The junior will report to multiple senior members within the team and will work with colleagues across all other OCP countries and teams. He/she will assist on the following responsibilities.

Main activities:

  • Analytical performance review of real estate investments
  • Provide strategic & value add initiatives
  • Business planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Investor reporting
  • Hold-sell analysis
  • Structuring of real estate transactions
  • Valuation review
  • Liaise with OCP Investment team and OCP Asset Management team
  • Liaise with investors, auditors and other external service providers

THE PROFILE

The ideal candidate has finalized his/her master study and has between 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in real estate, banking, private equity or any other investment business. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and dedicated and who enjoys working in an exciting, fast-paced environment alongside the highly qualified and experienced teams.

Required skills, experience and qualifications

  • Master degree in a quantitative discipline
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and financial skills
  • Solid data-processing skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and creativity
  • Fluent in English
