As an intern within the asset management team, you will closely collaborate with asset managers who are responsible for the Dutch residential portfolio. During your internship, you will assist them with various tasks and ongoing activities focused on managing the diverse residential portfolios within Orange Capital Partners. This may include tasks such as coordinating renovations, dividing properties into apartments, or optimizing the portfolio through new initiatives. You will truly be part of the team during your internship and attend meetings, workshops, and external appointments. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the dynamic and interesting world of real estate!
